This listing is an entry level position with Stick Boy, however given time and experience, we seek to provide opportunities for growth within the business.

Commitment: This position is PART-TIME with the expectation to work 15-35 hours/week between Monday and Saturday 6am-6pm. This position requires commitment through the calendar year.

Starting Pay and Benefits: $13-15 per hour, depending on experience, overtime after 40 hours per week, accrued paid time off, accrued store credit per pay period, employee discount at Stick Boy and all sister businesses.

Position Description:

• If you have a respect for preparing quality food from scratch, and a desire to work in an upbeat kitchen, we might be a good fit for you.  Our staff work all positions including prep, on the line and cleaning responsibilities one would find in any restaurant environment.  Having good knife skills and finding gratification in the challenge of balancing presentation with quick ticket times are beneficial, but we can work with varying experience levels. 

• Basic food preparation experience necessary.  Should be familiar with kitchen flow and equipment usage.

• Need to possess the skills of multitasking, time management and critical thinking.

• Maintain working with a team in a high paced atmosphere

• Must have attention to detail and be able to follow a recipe and instructions to maintain Stick Boy standards
