This listing is an entry level position with Stick Boy, however given time and experience, we seek to provide opportunities for growth within the business.

Commitment: This position is FULL-TIME with the expectation to work 36-40 hours/week between Sunday and Saturday 7am-4pm. This position requires commitment through the calendar year.

Starting Pay and Benefits: $14.50 per hour, overtime after 40 hours per week, accrued paid time off, accrued store credit per pay period, employee discount at Stick Boy and all sister businesses

Position Description:

• Help produce large batches of laminated pastries, bagels, and more at our production facility!

• Most recipes are carried out independently but alongside a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment with shared resources.

• Can be a physically demanding job.

• Applicants need to show competency and an eye for detail to follow recipes and carefully craft products en masse to meet company standards.

• Requires a good attitude and strong work ethic.

• Food production experience desired but not required.
