Focaccia
We have heard some pretty funny pronunciations of focaccia over the years (some that we are embarrassed to repeat) so maybe we should start with a little hint for you.Making Focaccia Bread   We pronounce it "fuh-kah-chuh" with the accent on the "kah". That said, it's like pizza without the sauce, but way better. We start with a great Italian crust, brush it with olive oil, and top it with different ingredients that could include any combination of mozzarella, feta, parmesan, and cheddar cheeses, fresh basil, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, kalamata olives, mushrooms and other great toppings. We sell it by the slice, in a combo, or by the pan if you order it a day ahead of time. It is traditionally served room temperature, but we are happy to heat it up in our mini pizza oven if you prefer.

Making Focaccia BreadPizza Dough
Our pizza dough is $2.49 or 2 for $4.00. You can buy it frozen or thawed. And, we offer instructions on preparation. It makes a 12" pie.
